Spell 1: Using candle magick to love yourself unconditionally
Do this spell on a Friday (Venus, love day).
Set your intention and call in your spirit guides, directions and elements. Light your dried rose petals and rosemary, and cleanse your energy and sacred space in the smoke. Bathe your unlit candle with the smoke of the herbs and focus on your intention to love yourself unconditionally.
On the candle, carve your intention. Light the candle and ask Spirit for divine unconditional love to flow through you. Sit in front of the candle for 2 minutes (Divine number of union) and gaze into the flame, focusing on your intention and all the things you love about yourself. Repeat this every night before bed until the candle burns down.
Place candle in a garbage can outside the house or bury it in the earth if there are no metal attachments and glass.
Spell 2: Using candle magick to let go of negative self talk and let love take its place.
Do this spell on a waning moon (for letting-go).

Advanced Ritual
Cast a circle by laying rose petals around you and sealing it with your wand or athame. Call in the elemental spirits and directions. This is great to do if more than 1 person is involved in the spell and you want to harness the energy into your circle. After you’re finished the spellwork, close the circle by thanking the spirits for supporting you.
